Meet the Attorney
Richard E. Walden
Richard ("Rich") E. Walden was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1998 and began attending the University of Arkansas. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2002. He graduated from the Unviersity of Arkansas School of Law in 2005.
Upon graduation from law school, Rich began working as an associate at a local law firm where he obtained extensive jury trial experience. His first jury trial before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona against one of the world's largest domain registrar's in the world. After the week long trial and after the case was submitted to the jury, the parties entered into a settlement agreement.
Subsequently, Rich took several other matters to trial obtaining judgments in excess of $1 million dollars for matters involving tortious interference with business expectancy, tort of outrage, breach of contract, inverse condemnation, and trespass. Rich served on the board of directors for the Northwest Arkansas Apartment Association from 2007-2009.
In 2009, Rich moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, and started the Walden Law Firm. At the Walden Law Firm Rich concentrates his practice in protecting consumers and investors in class actions accross the country. In addition to class actions, Rich focuses his practice on business planning, business litigation and personal injury matters throughout the state of Arkansas.
